AUCTION ORDER
The seller hereby instructs AUCTION PARTNERS - Stephan Heine - (hereinafter referred to as the auctioneer) - Hauptstraße 301, 53639 Königswinter, Tel.: (02223/28611), to voluntarily sell the items listed below or in a separate list in the name and for the account of the seller at the highest bid at the upcoming auction.
All items consigned are second-hand. The consignor assures that these items are his unrestricted property. The ownership was made credible by the consignor by referring to his actual possession according to § 1006 BGB (German Civil Code). This order is subject to the General Conditions of Auction for Consignors set out overleaf, of the contents of which the Consignor has taken personal note.
By signing the auction order, the Consignor agrees to the validity of the General Terms and Conditions for Consignors. Unsold items are to be collected within 5 days after the auction without notification, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
